Mountainshade is an Australian premium marquee and outdoor event solutions provider. Softomars developed a WooCommerce-powered platform that allows customers to browse marquee styles, request quotes for custom configurations, and book event services directly online.

The challenge was to translate a highly visual and customizable product offering into a clean digital experience — enabling customers to explore sizes, wall options, flooring, and lighting packages through an intuitive configurator.

We built a custom marquee configurator using WooCommerce product add-ons and conditional logic, allowing customers to see real-time pricing as they select dimensions, sidewall types, flooring, and accessories.

The website features a project gallery with filterable categories (weddings, corporate, festivals), integrated Google Maps for service area coverage, and a booking calendar that syncs with the operations team’s scheduling system.
